- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the batter
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine plant-based milk, oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt and maple syrup. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth, or whisk vigorously by hand.
Step 2: Add spinach
Stir in the chopped spinach until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
