- 1 lb lean beef,thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion,chopped
- 3 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 large broccoli crowns,cut into florets
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Beef
In a bowl,combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and toss to coat evenly.Let marinade for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Beef and Vegetables
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.Add marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes
Push beef to one side of the pan. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
