- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Kale
Wash the kale thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped kale in a large bowl.
Step 2: Massage the Kale
Drizzle the kale with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and massage it gently for about 1 minute until it starts to soften.
Step 3: Add Avocado, Carrots and Lemon Juice
Add the mashed avocado, shredded carrots, and lemon juice to the bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
Spread the kale mixture evenly on two large tortilla wraps. Fold in the sides of the tortilla wraps and then roll them up tightly.
