Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 10-12 mint leaves
- Water (around 8 cups)
- optional: 1/2 lemon, sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cucumber and mint leaves thoroughly.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. If using a lemon for extra flavor, slice it now as well.
Step 3
Place the sliced cucumbers, mint leaves (and lemon slices if desired) in the large pitcher.
Step 4
Fill the pitcher with water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Let the cucumber mint water infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
