Are you looking for accountability as you enjoy walking or running outside?

Race Preparation  
You’ll receive a customized training plan along with support and guidance as you prepare for your goal race.

Active Agers

Small group training designed to support older adults in their pursuit of living healthy and happy lives.  We focus on functional movements, along with balance and core strength.  Have fun while maintaining physical fitness!

About

Meet Roxanne…

Roxanne Summerville is a Wellcoaches-certified health and wellness coach, as well as an American College of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer. Her specialties include fitness nutrition and senior fitness.

It’s very important to her that she leads by example. In her free time, she enjoys cooking healthy meals and desserts for her family, and is usually training for an upcoming race—anything from a 5K to a marathon.
